TAKU SOMETANI GALLERY will hold a solo exhibition "membranes of pictures" by Toshinori Tanuma. Toshinori Tanuma was born in Tokyo in 1986. Completed the master's program in printmaking at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tama Art University in 2011. Since then, he has been energetically exhibiting, including numerous solo exhibitions, and his works are also stored in the museum. In this exhibition, we will present more than 10 new works, including large scale works, with an exhibition structure that is conscious of "painting as a book", which is a recent concern of the artist. “Images created through various technical materials such as oil paintings, watercolors, drawings, copperplate prints, monotypes, etc., complement each other and create a“ phenomenon ”inside the viewer. この都度、TAKU SOMETANI GALLERYでは、田沼利規個展「絵 – 肌」を開催いたします。 田沼利規は1986年東京都生まれ。2011年に多摩美術大学大学院美術研究科版画領域博士前期修士課程を修了。その後、数々の個展を含む展示を精力的に行い、美術館にも作品が収蔵されています。 今回の展示では、作家の近年の関心事である「本としての絵画」を意識した展示構成により、大作を含めた新作１０数点を発表致します。“油彩、水彩、デッサン、銅版画、モノタイプ. . . 等、様々な技法材料を通過してうつしだされるイメージが、それぞれを互いに補完し合いながら、観る人の内側に「ある現象」を生起させることができるならば。” この機会に是非、ご高覧ください。
